Eaton, Babb & Smith, P.A. was formed in September of 1987 by T. Richard Eaton, Sue Ellen Smith Babb, and J. Britt Smith. The firm's three offices are located in Ripley, New Albany, and Tupelo Mississippi. Eaton, Babb & Smith serves clients in the North Mississippi area as well as in many other states. Eaton, Babb & Smith provides services in accounting, auditing, tax, and consultation for a wide variety of clients. Services range from individual tax returns to audits of multimillion-dollar corporations. The firm works closely with small businesses in all financial areas including business valuation and software installations. Eaton, Babb & Smith is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS) of the AICPA, and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA).
